Our Mission

To provide a safe and fun environment for local kids to play, learn and help teach their peers the sport of baseball/softball while creating ever-lasting memories.

Our Organization

Hemlock Youth Baseball & Softball is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that is here to help teach the fundamentals of baseball and softball to our youth.

Getting the kids involved in baseball benefits them in so many ways:
• It teaches the rules of the game
• It teaches kids to be part of a team
• It is a great physical activity, regardless of fitness level
• It aids in developing a lifelong physical fitness lifestyle
• It is a great stress reliever – yes, even kids have stress!
• It helps to develop some great friendships

Tball and Coach Pitch Field Areas

This "field area" is used for Coach Pitch and T-ball.  Parking along the fence line is NOT permitted for safety reasons.  There are port-a-potty locations available and it is a short walk over to the restrooms by majors/minors fields.  There are also concessions over there and when we have volunteers a mobile concession wagon is pulled around the t-ball and coach pitch area.

There is a lot of traffic in and out of this area so please drive slow and watch for kids!

Varsity Field

Varsity Field is used for Pony only.  There are bleachers and port-a-potty locations on site.  There are no concessions offered at this location.

Pony/Majors/Minors Fields

These two fields both have lights and electronic score boards.  Typically the boys play on the north field and Girls on the south field.  There are limited bleacher space; lawn chairs are permitted along the fence line.  Concessions and restrooms are available at this location each night there are games played on either field.

Girls Softball Field

This field is easiest accessible by parking at the Ling Elementary School.  Bring lawn chairs; no bleachers available.  There are also on concessions for this location.  No port-a-potty available.
